Things to note in this SS:

#1) I have merciless Combat
#2) Ebon Plague Bringer was on the target 100% of the time
#3) I do not have the Obliterate Sigil.
#4) The character I copied to the PTR has an Armageddon (With RazorIce on it) and No 4pc t8
#5) My character had 316 Hit Rating (I'll try to re-copy over a current character that has 4pc t8, and enough badges to buy the sigil)
#6) The entire fight duration was 8:07 with AOTD used. (I wish I had used a stopwatch, will do once I get my up to date character copied over)

Why I like this rotation:

#1) Maximizes use of Killing Machine. Every single skill that can use a killing machine proc hits like a truck.
#2) Simple Rotation that is easy to maintain even through movement.
#3) Usable in Blood Presence which increases damage done as well.
#4) Has sustainable AOE for when it's necessary.

Other then changing my gear, anyone have any other maximization that i could do for this spec/rotation? I'm considering going to 17/51/3 (changes are no death chill, UA and RPM for 4 points in toughness)

Reasoning:

#1) Death chill while nice doesn't really accomplish anything since i only use KM on the skills it affects.
#2) I never have a single frost rune to use to be able to use UA (Without completely messing up the simple rotation)
#3) The RP generation for this rotation isn't the greatest in the world, and I'll never generate more then 100 RP per rotation, and no skill or ability that i use requires me to have a large RP pool (like gargoyle or DRW)

I went 20/51 AGAIN and tested for over one hour on PTR. I SUSTAINED 3500-3700 DPS.

Rotation:
IT, PS, Obl, BS, BS
FS/Obl until diseases needed refreshed. I prioritized KM FSs regardless of where I was at in the rotation. Once diseases needed refreshed I played it by ear as to where my RP was at, and I would do a complete dump after refreshing diseases, and then restarted the 'rotation'. I would also of course use HB on Rime procs.

My tests did NOT use ghoul, trinket (sadly using incisor), or unbreakable armor. Merc. combat was up as the poster above said.

My stats:
3500 AP, 32% crit, 26 Exp, 265 hit, Betrayer of Humanity, Sigil of Awareness

I do not have a screenshot, but this is the 3rd day in a row that I have had identical results.

Edit: Note I have BIS everything except trinkets and cape (using Aged Winter, Incisor, and Mirror...ugh at Darkmoon faire being 2 weeks away, and Bandits never dropping)
