This is my current UI. It probably won't be in a week because I can never just stick with a setup (haven't quite found how I want it yet).
Addons:
AG unit frames - player / target
Grid - raid UF
Bartender4 - action bars
kgPanels - panels beneath action bars/chat
Chinchilla - minimap
SCT - scrolling combat text (top left and top right)
SCTd - scrolling combat text, but for my damage output (top center)
Elkano's Buff Bars - for buffs (top right) and temporary self-cast buffs (see left-center)
OmniCC - trinket/ability cool downs
IceHUD - energy/health info (center screen)
I can't really think of anything else I have that isn't on the list. I am trying to make my UI more minimal (as I'm a minimalist at heart, tbh) but as of yet haven't been able to make a good layout for it.
