Hi,
did anyone already do some maths on the EP-Values regarding patch 3.1?
Since haste and armor pen rating gets buffed, it would be nice to know if there are some items, which get way better then they are at the moment, e.g. [Boots of the Great Construct] vs [Boots of the Renewed Flight]
