The whole DKP discussion is completely off-topic, same goes for loot distribution. The topic is "Upcoming Mage Changes in 3.1".
Back to FM abuse by dual speccing; I can see where it would be doable once or twice, but I would like to see you pull it off while your guild is learning an encounter. Same as having two sets of gear, one for trash the other for bosses, in theory a good idea, in practice I don't know many people with enough patience to persist in it and with the presense of mind to not go to a boss fight with trash set (I can guarantee it'll happen).
Espesially considering the heavy penalty of draining all your mana after a respec (which is somewhat imbalanced considering Melee, but that's a different topic).
