Better rotations, depending on whether you want to use the Disease or Howling Blast glyph;

Disease: OB OB BS Pest - OB OB OB (initial IT / PS required of course)

From my understanding this is not possible. if you want to use Pest, you must us it every rotation. Diseases last 21s, your time between pest & pest is 21.5s. (this is due to using OBx3, and the blood rune pops at 21.5s.. just after diseases fall.

However i have heard that

PS-IT-OB-BS-BS------OB-OB-IT-Pest---OB-OB-IT-Pest may be viable.... you are trading 2 BS's and 2 PS for 2 OB, and a major glyph spot. My initial guess is its not worth it, but havent seen testing.

Howling Blast: HB OB BS BS - HB OB OB

I did test this rotation last night, and from what i saw, it was not as much DPS as PS-IT-OB-BS-BS---OB-OB-OB.. .however the rotation was much easier, and would work well for AoE as well.

One thing that i noticed about this rotation is it really benifits from the Rime prics... really good synergy here.

IE i would do HB-OB-BS-BS-OB-OB-OB... if rime procced, i would hit HB after all my FS's are done, then my next rotation would look like this
OB-OB-BS-BS-OB-OB-OB... 5 OB's!!

When you use 4 OB's you have roughly 48% chance to proc rime per rotation. With 5 OB's its 56%... I actually had a few rotations where i had too Many GCD's to use... (even as a tank, and in this rotaiton which is normally RP starved)....

So far from my testing, i think that i will be glyphing OB-HB-FS. This gives me the most flexability.. 1/2 epidemic seems to be sufficient, however pickign up the extra one adds a lot of utility (20s melee slow, up 100% of the time)....

I am a bit concerned however.... so far it appears frost tanking took a dps nerf.... I finally managed to get the heroic dummy to my self on PTR, and i honestly cant match my DPS on live... no matter which rotation i use. This is not a good sign.. but i guess we will see how things work out.
