Infraction: Mod Sass, with poor capitalization
Points: 2
Administrative Note:
Message to User:

Rule 1 from the forum rules: All posters are to make an effort to communicate clearly.
Read through your PM to me and I think you'll find quite a few typographical errors, missing capitalization, and other communication issues. Yes, you are expected to take the time necessary to properly communicate. Yes, it is more difficult for you if English is not your first language. That is no excuse, however, for poor punctuation usage, failure to proofread, or failure to capitalize such elementary things a the first person pronoun, I. Those are not signs of a lack of ability, they are signs of laziness.
Regarding ellipses in particular, your argument is nonsensical. If you were transcribing spoken words, the "pause in speech" clause might apply. You are not, you are instead communicating primarily in written form. Pauses in written English are shown using commas, semicolons, or dashes. The same argument holds for "trailing off into silence" at the end of a sentence. Written English is a silent medium, you cannot trail off into further silence while engaging in it (unless your keyboard is particularly loud, but even in that case I fail to see how smacking the period key three times reduces the noise output at the end of a sentence). Your claim for "unfinished thought" is inappropriate - if you do not wish to present complete thoughts to your readers, you should not be posting anything for them to read.
In conclusion, the infraction I gave you was your first, and it was one point. That was not a 1-day ban. This is.

I do not think that i have aboused rule number 1, which seems to be the rule you are punishing me for. My punctiation and use of .. may not be perfect, however your rules clearly state that you do not expect everyone to be perfect. I was thinking as i was writing, and while some of those ...'s probably shouldnt be there, i dont think that really justifies giving me a 1 day ban.
"An ellipsis can also be used to indicate a pause in speech, an unfinished thought or, at the end of a sentence, a trailing off into silence"
Im not trying to be difficult, however i really think this is ridiculous, its a small grammer error, and i get a ban. It appears to me that i would be better off simply not posting at all, and not contributing my findings from hours of testing. Simply becuase i do not have the skills in the english language as everyone else.
