Also, thinking ahead to t8 set bonuses.... I have a hard time believing that a PS-less rotation will be very good.
Are we coming up with rotations right now based on current gear, or t8 gear? I'm assuming rotations including HB and no PS are based on current gear.

as of right now there are no other raid buffs that increase spell other than misery horde side to my knowledge i might be overlooking something.
i think that the PSless rotation that everyone is talking about is for when the patch comes out and when we have T8 gear.
also im just going to through out this spec i havent been able to test it yet since ive been away but tell me what you all think it looks like on paper.
