If you don't have any good hit gear to swap in (Torn Web Wrapping, Leggings of Failed Escape and Gloves of Calculated Risk are very solid hit pieces), then I'd start by changing the enchant on your gloves to 20 hit rating and changing out some gems to either pure hit or hit/agil. Probably start by finding yellow sockets on your gear that have red gems in them so you can get a few socket bonuses in the process. I'd switch the AP/stam gem on your bracers to hit/stam too- it's a very cheap gem and it'll help with your socket and meta bonus at the same time.
I'm also not sure why you have an AP/resilience shoulder enchant and helm enchant. The gear you're wearing in armory doesn't look like PvP gear. I see you don't have the rep to get the good ones but you should make that a priority. Get to revered with Ebon Blade so you can get the helm enchant, and start working with Sons of Hodir to get your rep up- the good enchant is at exalted, but I think even the honored one is slightly better than the resilience one you have now, although that's a far less clear choice.
I also notice you have no professions. Most professions provide some sort of stat bonus that's useful (I would avoid herbalism, mining, tailoring or engineering for stat bonuses). Skinning is pretty cheap to level and gives you a crit bonus (and probably will make you a bit of money) if money is a concern. The best professions from a stat benefit perspective however are probably jewelcrafting and blacksmithing.
