Im searching for help to know if the bonues set 4 for elemental shammy is much important or if it's better get independent pieces of gear like Leggings of the Wanton Spellcaster.

I want help too about the stats for elemental shammy like haste VS crit. if have any valor we need to fix unbuffed for crit and haste. im trying to learn much more about elemental shammy to try be a good dps, and i know here i can learn much with people of this forum.
