Unbuffed:
AP - 4216
Hit - 380
Crit - 34.17
ArP rating - 158
Haste - 225
Expertise rating - 175 or 5.25%

Now this is what is confusing me. My guildmate, also a fury warrior ( lesser gear), consistently puts out higher dps than me.
We are using the same rotation, same buffs, even the same mainhand. I'll post some wws reports later if I need to.

What comes to mind is my offhand vs his. My betrayer is a 3.4 speed, but my jawbone offhand is 3.6. Would that affect my dps that much? I find my rage generation very spikey, as well as my dps, Sometimes on Sarth 3d I'll pull over 4k dps on ten, but others I'm doing 3.4 while my guildy is doing 3.8 rather frequently.

Another thing. He's running over 450 hit with his deaths bite offhand, While I'm at 380.

So, is it the hit rating? Or is it the Slow offhand? Any advice would be wonderful.

Some comments on your gemming:

Blue slots: Match two of them for your meta, using STR/STA, not AP/STA. Judging by your gear, I'd pick your helm and legs to match (upgrade that helm, though).
Yellow slots: If the bonus is a DPS stat, always match this socket with a STR/CRIT gem. Crit is very close to STR in effectiveness.
Red: You've already got this figured out.
3.1: In 3.1 Armor Pen. will eventually (once you've got enough of it) reach a point where it is so effective that you will be ignoring yellow socket bonuses to maximize it. Use Landsoul's updated spreadsheet, once it's out.
