I have a question about the usefulness of FA in a 3.1 SV build.

When I first switched to SV after the BM nerfbat hit, I did a little research and made a spec that looked good to me, and haven't changed that spec since, mostly due to playing my paladin a bit more recently. With Ulduar coming out I'll be back on my hunter full time and I've realized that having FA in my spec made me gear for exactly 4% hit (I always have a draenei). So, my question is whether or not it would be a good idea to have FA in my spec until I can get some Ulduar pieces with hit on them to bring my rating up. Alternatively I could swap out Blue Aspect and Journey's for Hyaline and Black Ice, but I fear the DPS loss from the items would mitigate any gains in hit. I would check this in the spreadsheet, but I can't get it to work right, so can someone tell me what they think (and why)?
