That means no discussions about what rotation works best, what talents to pick etc. Rather, focus your discussion on figuring out why a particular spec/rotation combo is working better than others and take that information back to the various theorycrafting threads.

Do we have anything concrete regarding the performance of the different trees in 3.1? I'd assume that unholy will be outperformed by frost/blood in fights with a lot of movement and/or aoe damage, would that be a correct assumption?
Also will HB>OB>BS>BS -> HB>OB>OB be better than IT>PS>OB>BS>BS -> IT>PS>OB>OB for the frost tree?
