Played around with the talent calculator and came up with this talents/glyphs.. (15/51/5) -- had to put one point into endurance to get to 45 pts for Prey of the Weak..

Dropping SND for AR, staying with Rupture (because I only use ToTT at the beginning of fights to redirect my aggro) and SS.
Weapons are Calamity's Grasp & Webbed Death..
