Three simple Elemental questions, I hope my ignorance won't offend anybody

Glyph of Totem of Wrath should be better than Glyph of Lava when you still have bad gear and your spell power is low, right? But does this 5 mins bonus we get "stack" with other raid buffs?
The most common rotation is: FS, Lava, LB until lava is ready, Lava, repeat (around 17 secs should have occurred and the FS dot is about to expire). Anything wrong?
Is reverberation any good? I always included in my theory builds, but now I'm starting to think it's more of an Enhancement talent than an Elemental one. So if I'm right, something like THIS would probably be better than the one I had in mind, THIS

Again, I'm dualspeccing from Resto, I still have a lot to learn, I really hope I didn't get anybody mad with these questions.
