All rotations I've seen have been fairly competitive, using simple rotations. Correct me if I am wrong, but assuming you are the person for buffing 20% haste, then IT/OB/FS are the right glyphs to use? Also, SoA and FC sigil/enchant are the best? However, is their any clear evidence that one of these is higher, even by a small amount?
