Donot know if this is the right place for this Q but

Witht he T7 life tap spirit bonus does this stack in anyway with the life tap glyph? if yes what is the outcome of t7 spirit bonus and the glyph spirit bonus,,,,if it doesnt stack then is incinerate the next best glyph to have for a 40/31 spec?
