This didn't need it's own thread.

I am looking for, or looking to create (depending on whether this is currently available somewhere), a mod that preferably hooks into the game's tooltips in order to show which debuffs are missing on the mob you are hovering over. For example, if I am mousing over Razorscale, it would tell me something such as "Blood Frenzy/Blood Poisoning" if it is not up... and list any other debuffs that weren't up as well.
I know there are a couple addons out there that provide similar functionality, most notably DebuffEnough, but I am looking for something less obtrusive and more customizable (pick which debuffs to scan for, for example, so if I desired I could only have it list missing melee/physical debuffs so I know what benefits me and is missing). DebuffEnough currently puts a huge ugly box on your screen and doesn't exactly work like I had hoped it does.
Does anybody know if there is an existing mod similar to what I am looking for out there? If not, I would be more than happy to pursue creating it, I just don't want to re-invent the wheel if this is already in existence.
