I was woundering,

Major Glyph of Rune Strike - Increases chance to crit with Rune Strike by 10%.
New DK Tanking Tier 8 2x Bonus - Increases chance to crit with Rune Strike by 10%.

Do's these things stack? i was just woundering would be abit of useless to use the glyph otherwise.
If they do it TPSing time!
