A: Yes, Redcape's Calculator, and Bellator's spreadsheet (updated by Exemplar) which much like this thread will improve in accuracy with time. Rawr also models DPS but it ignores too many variables to be very accurate.

This Bellator's Spreadsheet. When I enter the excel-doc, I get a message, which tells me that I can't use all functions, due to some security settings. I can't figure out to set these setting, so I can actually use the functions like loading other gear and such.
