What happens if you:
a) Switch the Lotra for a Rune Edge.
b) Seeing as how you're too high on hit with that gear set; switch Cindershard for a Metallic Loop of the Sufferer.
c) Switch the Saronite mesh with the Conquerer's.
d) Mix and match any of those to see if it's a dps increase.
I've noticed that a lot of the gear I've chosen lacks haste, but has an abundant amount of hit that I could get rid of. Don't even think I'm able to get Steady Shot to the 1.5 cast time  .
