You really should spell check your message before hitting submit. There's 3 typos in the first paragraph alone, and just makes it look sloppy.

Inner focus is a DPS talent, admitedly a weak one, but still a dps talent. Why in the wolrd woud people drop it for a mana regen talent when mana is never a problem for us.
This is just like droping the 5 points in spirit tap because it is a horrible DPS talent and a horrible regen talent. Biut it does provide some dps and there are no other talents available that increase dps so we keep it.
Just remove one point from focused mind and put it in meditation for better use of your wasted regen points and call it a day. I will not argue that Ulduar has alot of AOE and I hate not having imp VE but if you really want it lose the points in focused mind and just expect to use dispersion as a regen talent.
With my current build I have never yet had to use more than shadowfiends for mana and I would be using that for DPS anyhow. The point in dispersion I could technically lose but it is too nice as an oh shit button so I keep it but If I were a better player I would never need it.
This is what I use with those last two points in Focused mind. I originally wanted to use those two points in impVE but after the first few raids found out that doing so would require me to use dispersion for mana and I cannot effectivly communicate how much I hate to lose blocks of DPS time.
