When was the felhunter nerfed so that in PVE situations its Devour Magic can fail dispelling a magic debuff on a friendly target?
What is the % chance that this can happen?

His combat log shows him saying my devour magic failed. -_- Amazing that other classes can just freely dispel stuff with no issue in PVE but my the felhunter has to be gimp. Also I'm preeetty sure that Steelbreaker doesn't have talent points that make his debuffs more difficult to dispel :p
