Also, if you buffed the raid with Arcane/Dalaran Brilliance it will be removed from every raid member when you switch specs.

Please read the patchnotes before asking those questions. These effects are mentioned there and we are all aware of it. If it's in the patchnotes and they've been out for more than 2 minutes, assume it's already been posted and discussed here.
