hey folks
i am atm confronted with the loss of expertise due to the talent change of Blood Gorged...
i have to decide whether to be hitcapped at 296 with 17 expertise (4.25%)
or to be expertise capped at 6% with going to 7.5% hit (247)
of course there is the possibility of useing sockets to gain both but i am a little sceptic about loosing loads of strength...
