I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how healing works (as opposed to DPS). Consider searching and reading so as to learn enough to ask questions that actually make sense.

What are Holy priests using as there rotation during raids in Ulduar as of 3.0. I have been reading and it sounds like a lot of people are working PoH into the rotation, why is this?
Same question for Disc.
