For some reason my DPS is way way low fro may Elemental shaman. It averages 2900 dps on the test dummy and 2400in a raid... I have tried everything... Changing out Wrath Shock and lava glyphs, increaseing spell power on and on and for some reason I cant break that level.
My guild is saying people with the same gear or worse are close to 4000 dps... I have seen people do way better with worse gear... and I am sticking to the rotation hard core....
What Am i doing wrong....? I am following the FS/LB/CL?LB rotation very closely and never pausing to intiate a spell....

Hit 345 or 272 depends on if with Spreist or Druid
