You "read most of the thread" and yet you still don't know what the expertise cap is?

Just need to clarify some things, I read most of the thread, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. What is the cap for expertise? and by 1.5 GCD I assume then, that we're using Unholy Presence instead of Blood Presence? Thanks
