Hey ive just recently went arms spec and was wondering how much ArP do you need and what is the hit cap for arms. is it the same as fury?? and also could anyone tell me a good rotation for arms in 10mans and 25mans? coz i seem to be failing =[ or is it my gear that isnt top. coz ive tryed ArP. but i am just looking for advice
