That would depend on how fast the estimates converge and how accurate you want the answer to be, wouldn't it? I'm pretty sure you're just talking out of your ass here. If you're not, feel free to provide your supporting evidence and argumentation to make this point clear, but posting such a blatantly false generalization without support isn't going to fly here.
