Juste a question about Torment Of the Weak utility in PvE 57/3/11 build.
I am arcane mage and in my template I put 3 points in TTW but I did not take "Slow". Is TTW a useless talent in PvE?
The slowing techniques of tanks have no effect on Bosses, so is TTW a must have in this template?
