T7.5 has 69 more crit rating, 27 more haste rating, where as T8.5 has 94 more str, 55 more exp, 162 more armor and 15 more hit.
The question is, are these stats enough to make up for that 1.3% damage?

I believe people were using Helm chest gloves and shoulders in T8 since the Flame Lev hardmode pants are amazing.
So I think you'd have to compared that to what you would use with T7.
Even if the helm is the worst itemized what are the alternatives then did you count those stats that you'd gain using the 239 ilevel helm?
