People don't talk about your spec because it's what we call a "moon spec." When posting a spec that falls outside accepted spreadsheet/simulation norms, the onus is on you to provide data supporting your claims of superior DPS. People come in here all the time saying, "Guys what about this spec is this good?" and it clutters threads. In order to combat that, we give out infractions to people who post specs - no matter how well thought out - without some form of supporting data.
Also, please hit the Send button once, not twice. Most admins (me included) frown on receiving the same PM more than once.

I have tested both and believe that mine is better, so I wanted to create some discussion around why everyone is so hung up on this 7/x/7 spec just because it has been found to be 'best dps' in the spreadsheet which has a number of issues anyway. Real game testing is the only way to go, and I think its bad that so many people keep talking about the same spec over and over.
Additionally my post created discussion, which I hope to continue without receiving infractions - let me know if you think it would be alright for me to continue the discussion with those who replied to my post and did not receive and infraction.
