I have done a lot of research in my time as a DK, I've read everything on EJ, Wowhead, SkeletonJack and yet I still have trouble.

The World of Warcraft Armory

I believe myself to have pretty sufficient equipment, although no the best, both my rings are Ulduar and everything else has an item ranking of 200 or more. My main questions are as follows.

1. When is Armor Penetration too much?

2. What should my AP be for Ulduar?

3. What should i be Gemming for?

I see a lot of people ask and answer these questions and yet they are all different. I only pull 3k dps as is, yet I've seen it spike up to 4k at times in OS or even 25 Naxx. I'd be happy with 4k-5k dps nonstop and I'd just like to know how to get there. I've had a lot of people tell me I waste my gems on Crit and hit rating. Please help.
