I realize your avatar is The Easy Button, but could you maybe try not to reply to posts that are clearly in violation of our rules? The main reason we get repeated "teach me how to play" crap is because nice people like you take it upon themselves to ignore our rules and help them out.

Hit cap for you, if you have a shadow priest or moonkin in the raid, is 368 before talent modifiers or 290 with supression. It looks like you have suppression so you are 110 points over your hit cap. Without a shadow priest or moonkin in the raid you would need to hit 440 and with supression 368.

The rotation sounds fine, but you really need to go have a look in the simcraft thread in the warlock forum to see which spec has the highest theoretical cap. Currently highest theoretical dps is affliction. You may also want to look at your glyphs to see if there is a better combination.
