Since hit and exp are important to reach close to the cap, I tailored the gear choices towards reaching but not bypassing the cap (however, hit helps Cons and Exo do damage past 8%).

so would it be more beneficial to wear Helm, shoulders, gloves and pants, while swapping the chest for Steelbreaker's Embrace off Council? Or is Obsidian Greathelm a way better choice then the chest piece.
