I'm not full-time enhance, so I had skipped the points- but I see the point and I can drop 3 points from the intellect to the imp.Totems.
Thank you.

It might depend on your exact gear, but simulations show that, that is not the case. I know I did some calculations in a previous post around here, between 5/5 reverb and (3/3 in Imp.Shields and 3/3 in Static Shock). Even not considering all the issues that lower ES CD produces with our priority system, rever is still worse than shields/static.
Edit: Oh my reply with calculations is actually higher in the page, where I was replying to someone with 20/51.

If you're completely ignoring 3/3 shields and 3/3 StaticShock, then 5/5 Reverb is less dps.
But I was finding a bit better numbers with only 1-2/3 Static Shock and 1/3 Shields...
My new build is 3-4/5 Reverb with 3/3 Static Shock and 2/3 Shields. I'm finding it's doing even better, since .2 or .4 sec longer cooldown on a shock isn't negative, since I'm often sitting waiting for a 5th MW proc or other cooldown.
--> I freed up the few extra points from the imp.Windfury totem because our Frost DK covers it.
