Good day all, I have been doing raiding for a while, and just joined a better guild then I was used too, and one of the conditions of course is making sure your on top of your game. I have been trying diffrent casting rotations and everything and just cant seem to find a good rythym on casting and rotation to sustain what I keep getting told I SHOULD be at.

Heres a WWS and a WMO parse from last night's Ulduar 10 man we were on.

The numbers seem fairly ok I thought? But were always told to improve ourselves, and in 25 man my personal DPS is usually really low IMO.
