I'd like to comment on current builds for Enhancement. I'm usually Resto, but I dual-spec enhancement and run as dps in raids where our guild doesn't need my sweet heals.
I have been running a 20/51 build for a while now and feel the extra second off shock cooldown is much more effective than a 3/3 in Imp.Shields and 3/3 in Static Shock. I've been running with 1/3 in both instead.
Now I'm looking back and I think in most of my raid situations, we have Windfury covered by our Frost DK and SoE by the dps DKs.
So I free up points in the improved totems because my buff totems are being covered by other classes/specs at this point.
Then I also free up an extra point from Imp.Shields making it 2/3.
I end up with 4/5 Reverberation, which is fine in most situations.
My build: [19/52/0]
The World of Warcraft Armory
I'm testing it out, but it seems to be doing better than 16/55 and 20/51...
My enhance set is not anything incredible, and I do not have the T7 4pc bonus.
