If topping out your DPS is boring to you, if searching through the wealth of information that already exists is boring to you, maybe you should find another forum to visit.

No because if you read the thread carefully (sorry I dont like to be mean, but thats the truth), you would know that armor penetration doesnt cap at 100%, and not only that, but getting mobs to increasing negative armor gives expotential benefits.

40 odd pages of Warriors telling each other that HS was awful but you cant spec for anything else in the top of the tree bored me 
And I didnt say ArP caping at 100%. I meant removing 100% of the targets Armour, somewhat like we used to do with Executioner Procs in TBC. (Based on if each 1% of ArP removes X amount of Armour then there must be a roof, this either being where the target has 0 Armour, or where Blizzard have placed a Hard Cap.)
And negative armour? I must have missed something here, Armour reduces damage done by attacks, if the target has no Armour then the attack will do its full damage, I fail to see how "negative" Armour can make a difference or even exist.
