I just spec'd 0/40/31 yesterday and so far have found it to be quite powerful, and fun as well. However, Patch 3.1.2 is changing Glyph of Conflagrate:
Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining.
This is disheartening for this spec; apparently Conflag will consume your Immolate, which will make the rotation more complex, and reduce the Conflag/Immol ratio. But DPS may be similar due to the damage buff the glyph gives; we'll just have to see I suppose.
