As soon as I saw the use of "toon" and "shamunz," I decided your post was shit. And to be honest, all you've done is post a screenshot and upload link with no useful content otherwise.

My main toon is a Resto Shamunz. This is the Ui I made and use for her.
TotemTimers (my totem addon) is actually the 4 center icons in the actionbar. I skinned them to look like my actionbar buttons. The screenshot just doesn't show the counters because there are no totems down hehe.
