The reason to weave the Frost Strikes in rather than a straightforward dump is that I seem to catch more KM procs for my Frost Strikes that way. However when I'm moving out of T7 soon, I'm guessing I should give a try for the OB, IT, IT, OB rotation? Currently My rotations are quite tight, and easy to carry out so not much failing. On certain bosses I prefer HB over OB every possible time (when more than 1 target nearby, using a KM proc if possible).
Am I doing it wrong? How could I improve
