Hey guys, im pretty new to the rogue class, so please excuse me if this question has all ready been answered, i tried searching for it but could not find it. Looking at the BIS list, all red slots are filled with +16 agi gems. Is there a reason that the +16 agi gems are used over the +32 AP gems. And if so what is that reason?
