Night; thus far I have been stacking Agi and topping meters and have been leery at best about making the switch to ArP.
My main concern is that my guild no longer runs Naxx, and I have no intention of going back and will never ever acquire a GT.
Furthermore, we run our 10mans on "off days" during which I always have IRL obligations, this meaning I will never ever acquire a MRS.
Without these two key trinkets I don’t think that I will be able to make it to the upper limits of ArP where it really shines.
I am in 2/3 Naxx gear and 1/3 Uld25 – Gemmed for Agi - I am sitting just below 59%crit, and just over 20% ArP.

Assuming that those items are out of the question, would I be better off to avoid ArP entirely or to still get what I can?
