i downloaded the actual spreadsheet, loaded best sv dps (7702,83), changed race to NE, turned Draenei racial on and the dps goes down to 7635,7. Thats correct.

But now the thing i dont understand:

When i change the Glinting Monarch Topaz (8 Agi, 8 Hit) in Drape of the Faceless General to Delicate Scarlet Ruby (16 Agi) i lose the socket bonus of 6 Agi and my dps goes down to 7629,3. But it should went up, because i am over the hitcap and have +2 agi. can someone explain me that thing?

all hit over 100% hit should have no effect, is this considered?
