I'm currently considering taking the basic framework of mods like Shock and Awe / Squawk and Awe and using it to create an Arms warrior version.
Thoughts? Waste of time, or useful?

I read through over a hundred pages in all of the warrior mechanics' top threads, tried 10 or so mods, and ended up using the following 3 addons for warrior debuff tracking:
1) Classtimer
2) Eventalert
3) OmniCC
Little to no configuration is required after installation. With these 3 addons an icon will pop up over your character for TfB, SD, or Slam! with a countdown timer embedded. Player buffs and debuffs on your target can be moved or scaled to your preference to help you see when to refresh rend, sunder, etc. OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items/spells/abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they'll be ready for use which has made my life as arms and fury (my dual specs) much easier. Many other addons required class specific customization which was a pain. I haven't found anything better and easier to use than this combo.
