Can't really see the confusion,most postings indicate using ArP gems once the SEP value overtakes STR

Armory + ArP = nono. Hasn't worked in ages,check your char sheet ingame under Hit and add Stance/Macespec bonuses
In your case plugging your info and replacing the Blue 16ap/stam gem in the chest with a 8str/stam we get
STR1.0000 AGI 0.6935 Hit 0.0000 ArP 0.9616
So you're not quite there yet with passive ArP,GT proc however may overturn that

Sheet problems should be posted under Landsoul's topic,though I wonder if your issue isn't more obvious,a problem with Macros being disabled?
