I have had a problem with my DPS as Arms, I am hit capped, expertise capped, using the mace spec, my crit chance is 29.07%. The question i am looking for an answer to is should i replace ALL of my +16 strength gems with +16 ArP gems? I need to know if that will help my DPS go up because it is much lower than when i was Fury before 3.1. Please help me!!!! Anyone please!! The World of Warcraft Armory is the link to my Warrior.
