I have decided try out Disc spec and since i will be using pw:shield a lot i have to ask a question about it. I am guessing its a pretty noob question to most of you here but anyway, here goes:
I allways get slapped in the head by some raid members, the tanks more than others that pw:shield does:
1. prevent rage from generating on tanks.
2. make the tank cause less agro.
what is false and what is truth in these 2 statements??
