First, this is the wrong thread - you'd be better off in the simple questions/simple answers thread. Second, this was answered in the first post of this very thread, as well as this very page, none of which you have apparently read. Third, this has been discussed at immense length in this forum, which you apparently haven't searched. Fourth and finally, you also didn't give your spec or current gear, which (obviously) matters, so nobody could answer your question anyhow.

In short: Fail.

(To actually attempt to answer your question - just grab the highest item level gear that drops. Gem slots are great. MP5 is terrible. In case of a tie, pick whatever has the lowest stamina. Also, I'd suggest editing your post for grammar.)
